Shipping

We ship via UPS ground only. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the package, the package length, width, height, and the destination of the package.

Upon delivery of any package from UPS, Alpha Protective Group assumes no responsibility for the package. If the package shows “delivered” according to the tracking info, the package is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Packages get stolen, plain and simple. It doesn’t matter what neighborhood you live in, it happens.

Your order ships in a plain box with a UPS prepaid label and the required ORM-D sticker designated that it contains small arms ammo.

SHIPMENTS ARE ONLY SENT OUT DURING BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY – FRIDAY) EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

We DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We DO NOT ship international; shipping ammunition overseas is illegal by U.S. federal law. Orders placed from Monday through Friday before 2:00pm usually ship within 2 business days.

We ship only to individuals that attest on our checkout page that they are at least 21 years of age or older.

Texas prohibits any person from intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly selling ammunition to any person who is intoxicated, and from knowingly selling ammunition to any person who has been convicted of a felony before the fifth anniversary of the later of

1) the person’s release from confinement following conviction of the felony; or

2) the person’s release from supervision under community supervision, parole, or mandatory supervision following conviction of the felony.

Your personal information is treated as strictly confidential.

When you sign up, or make a purchase, with Alpha Protective Group none of your information leaves our servers. You are not put on any lists, or submitted to any data bank. 

Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information. We will safeguard any personal information unless sharing that information is required to comply with a criminal investigation.

The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and agreed to by the customer.
  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable and proven security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Advertising Privacy

We do not share or disclose any of our customer information. We do not use any customer information for 3rd party marketing. We do not participate in any spam mailing or bulk mailing. All email lists generated are on an opt-in basis, such as our newsletter or promotional opt-ins.

Credit Card Privacy

We do not store credit card information on our web servers. This is for your safety and protection. We do not offer any marketable information to any third party contractor or group. All transactions are done through encrypted https services and are secured with SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. If you purchase with us again, you will need to re-enter your payment information.

We do retain your shipping address in our shipping database from which we print shipping labels.

How long we retain your comments

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Return and Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items!

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
